Design and Author's Supervision for Water Supply Network in Poznań
Design for the construction of a water supply network with connections in Poznań (Strzeszyn/Podolany connection): Preparation of complete project documentation (site development, architectural and construction, and technical projects) in accordance with building law and the regulation of December 20, 2021, including obtaining all necessary permits and a final building permit. This also includes author's supervision during construction, from the signing of the contract with the construction contractor until the final acceptance protocol. Author's supervision comprises 8 on-site supervision cards and 8 off-site supervision cards, totaling 16 cards. An increase in the number of cards by up to 50% is possible at agreed unit prices. Detailed requirements are contained in the technical conditions issued by AQUANET S.A. and Attachment No. 9 to the SWZ.
