Event Planning and Execution for the Federal Ministry of Defence
Planning, organization, and execution of conferences and events: up to approximately 1,000 participants, and large-scale events with up to approximately 10,000 participants. This includes conceptual, planning, and organizational services in advance, post-processing and documentation, as well as comprehensive media and event technology services. The events are of political significance, often involving the leadership of the BMVg, and include solemn pledges, Grand Tattoos, Bundeswehr Day, Veterans' Day, and other protocol-related occasions. Services must be provided within four weeks of call-off. Event locations are primarily the second official seat of the BMVg in Berlin, occasionally the first official seat in Bonn, and potentially throughout Germany.
