Design and Installation of Photovoltaic Systems for Residential Buildings
Photovoltaic systems: Design and installation of photovoltaic systems with author's supervision for residential buildings at ul. Kłobucka 14, ul. Kłobucka 16A/18B, ul. Kłobucka 18C, and ul. Kłobucka 16B/18D in Warsaw, Ursynów District. The scope includes the preparation of all necessary documentation for obtaining administrative decisions, system commissioning, training of at least 2 client personnel on device operation, and the handover of technical and operational documentation, operating instructions, a general system diagram, and monitoring system access passwords. A social clause mandates the employment of personnel under employment contracts according to Polish Labor Code for all activities, including preparatory, cleaning, dismantling, lightning protection adaptation, lightning protection, PV system installation, electrical, and telecommunication works. Detailed requirements are described in attachments 1 and 5 of the tender documents.
