Design and Realization of Sub-Area De Fellingen in Middelsee District – Phase 2 and 3

Design and realization of sub-area De Fellingen in Middelsee district, comprising Phase 2 with approx. 240 dwellings and Phase 3 with approx. 200 dwellings. Services include the creation of a preliminary urban development plan with subdivision plan and construction phasing, architectural design, landscape and furnishing plan for public and commonly managed areas, purchase of plots for social housing, mid-rent, and free sector, design and realization of pre-loading prior to construction-ready and residential-ready preparation, civil design for construction-ready and residential-ready preparation, transfer of public space to the municipality, transfer of social housing plots to housing corporations WoonFriesland and Elkien, and sale, realization, and transfer of other housing plots to future owners. Phase 2 also includes surrounding access roads.
