Design, Verification, and Construction Services for Energy Efficiency at Mircea Eliade School

Design services, technical verification, technical assistance by the designer, and execution of construction works for the energy efficiency of Mircea Eliade Gymnasium School: including design, technical verification, technical assistance by the designer during execution, and construction-assembly works. The duration for design services and execution of works is 12 months. Technical assistance by the designer is provided for the entire duration of the works execution until the final acceptance of the objective without objections. The contract conclusion is subject to a suspensive condition, dependent on securing the funding source and signing the financing contract within the „South-Muntenia Energy Efficiency for Public Buildings Investment Programme“, using non-reimbursable funds, state budget, and local budget.
