The operating building is a single-story solid building with a green flat roof, main dimensions 29.99 m x 15.51 m. Room program (approximate sizes in m²): Control room 23, Master's office 21, Analysis room/laboratory 45, Meeting room 30, Men's sanitary area with SW separation 64, Women's sanitary area with SW separation 43, Common room 47, Washing/drying room 10, HAR/heating/ventilation 10, Outdoor toilet 6, Women's toilet 5, Men's toilet 13, Corridors/locks 70. Planning of technical equipment for the operating building must be integrated (separate lot). A facade concept for the high-rise buildings (machine buildings) of the wastewater treatment plant and for the operating building, considering aesthetic and sustainability aspects, is also included.
