Planning and Construction Supervision Services for Fundamental Renewal A 2, Hannover Carriageway

Object planning for traffic facilities (including equipment: vehicle restraint systems, markings, signage, traffic management during construction) and engineering structures (including equipment, vehicle restraint systems) according to service phases 8 (construction supervision) and 9 as per HOAI 2021 (§ 47 in conjunction with Annex 13, Section 13.1; § 43 in conjunction with Annex 12, Section 12.1). This includes local construction supervision for traffic facilities and engineering structures (including equipment: vehicle restraint systems, markings, signage, traffic management during construction) as a special service according to HOAI 2013 (Annex 13, Section 13.1 to § 47 Paragraph 2; Annex 12, Section 12.1 to § 43 Paragraph 4). Further services include: management of digital building files, change order and plan management, public relations, review of tender and execution documents, inventory management (reviewing, updating, and creating inventory plans), cost control, cost updating/determination according to AKVS, monitoring of the construction schedule, photo documentation, implementation and updating of traffic concepts/traffic management in the public road network, monitoring of traffic safety obligations, control of inspection tests, construction-accompanying control surveying, electronic construction billing/invoice review/change order processing (via GAB interface), compilation of final invoice files, reviewing, updating & supplementing existing building logs, BBQ coordination according to DIN 1045-1000, establishment and updating of the BBQ concept during construction until acceptance, and monthly costs for a construction office.
