Planning and approval services for the reconstruction of ul. Regulska: Development of a construction project and executive designs, obtaining all necessary administrative decisions for the implementation of the investment 'Reconstruction of ul. Regulska – preparatory works', including an environmental decision (DŚU) with all required documentation (especially the Project Information Card), and the administrative decision for the road investment with all necessary documentation for construction works. This also includes the preparation of promotional and informational materials, the development of the construction project with geotechnical documentation, the creation of executive designs, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, maps with proposed property division, bills of quantities, an investor's cost estimate and a cost estimate form for the offer. Furthermore, responding to questions from construction contractors and making any necessary modifications to the prepared documents during the tender procedure, and performing author's supervision during construction works.
