Preparation of design and cost documentation for the renovation of buildings, divided into 4 parts. The service includes the creation of architectural and structural design documentation, including building inventory, interdisciplinary coordination of all design works to avoid conflicts, and the preparation of investor cost estimates and bills of quantities. A mandatory site visit is required. Access to military complexes K-0044, K-8829, K-1024, K-0009 requires an ID card, a security clearance of at least "ZASTRZEŻONE" (RESTRICTED), and training in classified information protection. Subcontracting is permitted for parts of the service, with sanitary, electrical, and telecommunication installation designs allowed for parts I-III.
