Planning and Realization Competition for Design of Replacement New Construction of Flehe Rhine Bridge (A 46)

Planning and realization competition for the replacement new construction of the Flehe Rhine Bridge (BW-Nr. 4806 675) and the approach bridges of the A 46: Planning of a 6-lane replacement new construction for the Düsseldorf-Flehe Rhine Bridge and its approach bridges to ensure the long-term functionality of the A 3/A 46/A 59/A 57 traffic network, including a crossing for pedestrians and cyclists. The Düsseldorf-Bilk interchange, bridge structures, connection to L 293 (Münchener Straße), and the Unitunnel are to be preserved. Traffic flow must be maintained throughout the entire construction phase. Special consideration for two FFH areas and two water protection areas along the existing A 46 route. The competition is a restricted competition according to § 78 para. 2 VgV based on RPW 2013. The subsequent contract for the winner includes service phases 1-3 and 6 for object planning of engineering structures, service phases 1-3 for structural engineering, and BIM for service phases 3 and 6.
