Design and technical assistance services for the investment project 'Cluj Conference and Congress Center': preparation of design documentation in the following phases: Phase 0: Preliminary phase (finalization of the design theme and volumetric concept); Phase 1: Preparation of a Feasibility Study (S.F.) and a Zonal Urban Plan (P.U.Z.), obtaining approvals/agreements; Phase 2: Preparation of Technical Documentation for the Authorization of Construction Works (D.T.A.C.) and the Organization of Execution (D.T.O.E.); Phase 3: Preparation of the Technical Project (P.Th.), Specifications, and Execution Details (D.E.); Phase 4: Technical assistance from the designer during the execution of works and handover of the 'As-Built' documentation.
