Planning-Accompanying Moderation for Green Belt Tri-State Nature Conservation Project

Planning-accompanying moderation for the "Green Belt Tri-State Bavaria - Saxony - Thuringia" major nature conservation project, Project I: Accompaniment of the creation of a management and development plan (PEPL) and a socio-economic study (SÖS) for a period of ten to twenty years. The planning area covers approximately 6,500 ha along the former inner-German border in the districts of Hof (BY), Vogtlandkreis (SN), and Saale-Orla-Kreis (TH). The moderation, acting as a neutral body, identifies and compares stakeholder interests, develops recommendations for conflict avoidance, consensus building, and cooperation, and creates formats for target-group-specific communication and stakeholder involvement. Close coordination with the project team and the planning offices (PEPL, SÖS) is required.
