Planning services for the construction of a kitchen block at Přáslavice Barracks: Provision of input documents (survey of the existing building and affected areas, geodetic survey of land and technical infrastructure, passportization and structural-technical survey of utility networks, engineering-geological, hydrogeological, and radon surveys, and other exploratory works); preparation of a construction intention study and related documents; preparation of documentation for demolition (DBP) including related documents; preparation of a list of works, supplies, and services and a control budget for demolition; preparation of project documentation for the construction permit (DSP) including related documents; preparation of project documentation for construction execution (DPS); preparation of the interior design project; preparation of a list of construction works, supplies, and services including bill of quantities and control budget for construction realization; preparation of a health and safety plan (BOZP) for the construction site; preparation of an energy performance certificate (PENB) for the building; provision of usage rights (licenses) for the created works; engineering activities, specifically the negotiation of demolition documentation and securing the demolition permit, the negotiation of construction permit documentation and securing the construction permit, and ensuring author's supervision during construction realization.
