Design documentation and author's supervision for the construction of ul. Nowa Wyzwolenia in Gdańsk

Notice title: Opracowanie dokumentacji projektowej wraz z pełnieniem nadzoru autorskiego dla zadania pn. „Budowa ul. Nowej Wyzwolenia w Gdańsku”

Design documentation and author's supervision for the construction of ul. Nowa Wyzwolenia in Gdańsk: Preparation of design documentation and provision of author's supervision for the construction of ul. Nowa Wyzwolenia, including obtaining necessary administrative decisions (e.g., ZRID) or notifications allowing for construction works. The contract comprises two scopes: 1. Basic Scope: A construction project, divided into two functional sections and phased implementation. Stage I (Eastern section) includes the construction of ul. Nowa Wyzwolenia (eastern section), reconstruction of the intersection with ul. Marynarki Polskiej, construction of an engineering structure over Warzywód II stream, construction of a road drainage system, retention facilities, and a rain pumping station with an equalization tank, liquidation of parts of the "Obrońców Westerplatte" Family Allotment Gardens, ground contamination tests, construction of street lighting and potential dismantling of existing lighting, removal or securing of potential conflicts with existing underground and overhead utilities, resolution of other design issues (including technical conditions of network operators and required approvals), preparation and approval of green area design and green protection plan (identifying valuable trees and shrubs, recommendations for maximum green preservation), preparation and approval of green inventory with tree stand management with Gdańsk Green Management, for tree/shrub felling, preparation and approval of a replacement planting project (type and location with the road manager), preparation of applications and obtaining construction permits and archaeological research permits (if required) from the Pomeranian Provincial Conservator of Monuments, preparation of applications and obtaining water law permits, preparation of materials and obtaining administrative decisions (including building permits ZRID) or notifications for construction works, and identification of entities whose opinions are necessary for ZRID decisions. Stage II (Western section) covers the construction of ul. Nowa Wyzwolenia (western section), construction of a road drainage system, retention facilities, and a rain pumping station with an equalization tank, liquidation of parts of the "Bohaterów Monte Cassino" Family Allotment Gardens, ground contamination tests, construction of street lighting and potential dismantling of existing lighting, removal or securing of potential conflicts with existing underground and overhead utilities, resolution of other design issues (including technical conditions of network operators and required approvals), preparation and approval of green area design and green protection plan (identifying valuable trees and shrubs, recommendations for maximum green preservation), preparation and approval of green inventory with tree stand management with Gdańsk Green Management, for tree/shrub felling, preparation and approval of a replacement planting project (type and location with the road manager), preparation of applications and obtaining construction permits and archaeological research permits (if required) from the Pomeranian Provincial Conservator of Monuments, preparation of applications and obtaining water law permits, preparation of materials and obtaining administrative decisions (including building permits ZRID) or notifications for construction works, and identification of entities whose opinions are necessary for ZRID decisions. 2. Option: Preparation of a remediation plan project (if contamination occurs) and approval of the remediation project by RDOŚ for Stage I and Stage II. The option can be called up by the contracting authority up to 21 days after the acceptance of the first delivery item.
