Design Documentation and Construction of a Water Intake Point for Opole Forest District

Design documentation and construction works for a water intake point: Creation of complete design documentation, including all necessary administrative decisions for construction works, and execution of construction works for a water intake point, an underground tank, and a hardened maneuvering area in the Opole Forest District, Krasiejów Forest District, plot no. 260/1. The works include the delivery and installation of an underground tank with a minimum water reserve of 50 m³, which must be sealed, made of corrosion-protected metal (inside and out), and frost-protected. The site is to be secured by an embankment. Furthermore, surface hardening at the water intake points and the construction of a maneuvering area of at least 20 x 20 m or a loop bypass to the existing fire access road are planned. The design documentation includes obtaining all legally required projects, opinions, decisions, and approvals for a final and legally binding building permit, a technical project (PT) covering executive documentation for site development, architecture, construction, and all necessary internal and external installations including technical specifications (ST), a bill of quantities (PR), an investor's cost estimate (KI), and author's supervision throughout the construction period. Costs for permits and decisions are borne by the contractor. The design documentation must include construction, executive, and technical projects, a bill of quantities, and Health and Safety Information (BiOZ); further items as per the tender documents.
