Design documentation and author's supervision for the construction of ul. Nowa Wyzwolenia in Gdańsk

Design documentation and author's supervision for the construction of ul. Nowa Wyzwolenia in Gdańsk: Preparation of design documentation and provision of author's supervision for the investment task of constructing ul. Nowa Wyzwolenia, including obtaining all necessary administrative decisions (including ZRID) and permits for construction works. The order is divided into a basic scope (Zakres nr 1) and an option (Zakres nr 2). The basic scope includes the construction of ul. Nowa Wyzwolenia in two functional sections (eastern and western) with phased implementation. Stage I (Eastern section): Construction of ul. Nowa Wyzwolenia, reconstruction of the intersection with ul. Marynarki Polskiej, construction of an engineering structure over the Warzywód II stream, construction of a road drainage system with retention facilities and a storm pumping station with an equalization tank, liquidation of parts of the "Obrońców Westerplatte" Allotment Gardens, ground contamination tests, construction of street lighting and potential dismantling of existing lighting, removal or securing of collisions with existing underground and overhead utilities, resolution of other design-related issues, preparation and approval of green area and tree protection projects including inventory and tree stand management with the Gdańsk Green Area Management, preparation of replacement planting designs for tree felling, application for and obtaining building permits (ZRID), water permits, and potentially archaeological permits from the Pomeranian Provincial Conservator of Monuments, as well as determining the necessary opinions for ZRID decisions. Stage II (Western section): Construction of ul. Nowa Wyzwolenia, construction of a road drainage system with retention facilities and a storm pumping station with an equalization tank, liquidation of parts of the "ROD Bohaterów Monte Cassino" Allotment Gardens, ground contamination tests, construction of street lighting and potential dismantling of existing lighting, removal or securing of collisions with existing underground and overhead utilities, resolution of other design-related issues, preparation and approval of green area and tree protection projects including inventory and tree stand management with the Gdańsk Green Area Management, preparation of replacement planting designs for tree felling, application for and obtaining building permits (ZRID), water permits, and potentially archaeological permits from the Pomeranian Provincial Conservator of Monuments, as well as determining the necessary opinions for ZRID decisions. The option (Zakres nr 2) covers the preparation of a remediation plan (in case of contamination) and its approval by the RDOŚ for Stage I and Stage II. The option will only be executed upon the contracting authority's instruction within 21 days of the acceptance of the first deliverable.
