Planning services for the new mechanical treatment stage of Arnsberg-Neheim wastewater treatment plant based on Cradle to Cradle principles

Planning services for the new mechanical treatment plant at Arnsberg-Neheim wastewater treatment plant: Renewal of the entire wastewater area due to outdated mechanical and electrical technology; includes an inlet screw pump station, screens, grit chamber, and the renewal of the primary clarifier scraper. Objectives are secure wastewater conveyance by screw pumps for mixed water inflow up to 880 l/s, reliable discharge of substances > 5 mm and grit > 0.2 mm, and reliable primary sludge and scum removal. A new screw pump station, a new screen system, and a new grit chamber are planned parallel to ongoing operation; the scrapers of both primary clarifiers will also be renewed. The planning of the building components and other components is based on Cradle to Cradle (C2C) principles, with a submitted overall concept for C2C integration to be further developed in all service phases. These are special services according to HOAI.
