Planning services for the construction of a new daycare center at 29571 Rosche, Ringstraße 2: The building, to be constructed in solid, single-story design, includes two kindergarten groups for 25 children each and one group for 10 children. The premises must comply with the requirements of NKiTaG and DVO-NKiTaG, including two group rooms of at least 50 m² each and one group room of at least 25 m². Also planned are wardrobe areas, children's sanitary facilities (at least one changing area), a group room for an integrative group, a multi-purpose room, a small group room (differentiation/rest room), a distribution kitchen, an office, a staff social room, a utility room, a material storage room, a food storage room, and a stroller parking area.
