Planning services for the roof renovation of the Chancellery and Residence in Conakry, including the implementation of a PV system: basic evaluation and preliminary planning with concept development for an optimal roof construction for both buildings, examination of transport options for materials from Germany, coordination with AV and BfAA regarding costs, scheduling, and local building regulations, documentation of coordination, preparation of tender documents; design planning in German with all associated documents, creation of a functional specification for components and technical systems describing all technical and structural requirements, quality standards, materials, and products; execution planning in collaboration with the manufacturer for all modules and safety elements, coordination and interface planning with involved planners, consultation and coordination for execution, workshop, and assembly plans, review and evaluation of plans; preparation for and participation in the award process with basic services of LPh 6 and LPh 7 for the award of construction services, consultation and support for local tenders; site supervision through spot-check monitoring and documentation of local construction companies' execution, facilitating client decisions including change management and conflict resolution, conducting project meetings, systematic compilation of final documentation, performance and functional testing of structural and technical systems, preparation for and participation in acceptance and handover, monitoring of defect rectification, coordination of complete final documentation, further items as per the tender documents.
