Construction of a departmental technical center in Francoulès: Consolidation of four distinct functional entities (AVED – Departmental Vehicle and Equipment Workshop, EDET – Departmental Works Team, SAGIL – Supply, Real Estate Management and Logistics Service, archaeology unit) and shared spaces. Total useful area of 3,370 m², including 2,290 m² for AVED, 262 m² for EDET/SAGIL, 344 m² for common areas, and 474 m² for the archaeology unit. Exterior areas total 4,580 m² (4,322 m² for Phase 1, 258 m² for Phase 2). Estimated works value is 6,500,000 EUR net. Two optional tranches are identified: Tranche 3 includes AVED, EDET, SAGIL, and shared spaces; Tranche 4 includes the archaeology unit. Both tranches can be realized in two deferred phases.
