Planning services for the replacement new construction of the Auedeichsiel and the elevation of the dike section Dkm 19-200 to Dkm 19-300: The 1,441 m long Aue main dike is to be raised by 0.90 m to a target height of NHN +8.60 m, with a second expansion stage for 2100 to NHN +9.40 m. The existing Auedeichsiel (approx. 90 m long, approx. 1.8 m wide, approx. 2.3 m high, built in 1968, one sluice block from 1393/45) must be replaced by a new construction due to insufficient load-bearing reserves. Services include planning the replacement new construction, its integration into the dike elevation, demolition of the existing sluice, maintaining sluice operation during construction, and determining the location considering existing structures, recommendations for explosive ordnance planning, environmental concerns, and available space. Also included is dike planning in the Auedeichsiel area, considering both expansion stages and adjacent sections. Traffic on the Aue-Hauptdeich road and crossing bicycle/pedestrian paths must be largely maintained during construction. BIM application and the identification/evaluation of climate-optimized construction measures are planned. The scope of services includes structural engineering planning for engineering structures (service phases 1-7 according to §43 HOAI), structural design (service phases 1-6 according to §51 HOAI), technical equipment (service phases 1-3 and 5-7 according to §55 HOAI for plant groups 4, 7.2, 8), and geotechnical calculations.
