Special services for object planning for traffic facilities: coordination and integration of planning and service specifications from utility providers (water and wastewater association, energy networks (gas, electricity)); development of a task definition and service specification for demand-oriented engineering surveying; development of a task definition and service specification for demand-oriented soil investigation / contaminated site investigation; cross-project, integrated construction schedule planning (Lph 5); on-site construction supervision; logging of approximately 160 construction meetings; review and evaluation of the justification for approximately 300 supplementary claims (Lph 8); monitoring of development maintenance for 2 years (Lph 9); as-built documentation of the completed measure (Lph 9); creation of a coordinated utility plan; attendance at appointments (half-day, full-day).
