Planning Services for Chleborád Villa – Leoš Janáček Center

Planning services for the comprehensive project documentation for the restoration and new functional use of the cultural monument complex Chleborád Villa in Brno, including Janáček's cottage and the adjacent garden, to establish the Leoš Janáček Center as a museum, educational, cultural, and visitor complex. Services include: preparation of project documentation for the building permit (DPZ), including conceptual architectural, spatial, technical, and technological solutions for the permanent exhibition; engineering activities for obtaining all necessary permits and statements; preparation of project documentation for construction execution (PDPS) with bill of works, supplies, and services including quantity survey, along with execution documentation for the permanent exhibition, interior and exhibition equipment, and related technologies, plus support during the tendering of subsequent construction works; designer's supervision during construction and author's/expert supervision over the realization of the permanent exhibition and equipment; granting of licenses for all created copyrighted works and creative results.
