Planning services for the renovation of the flat roofs of Building A, Elektronikschule Tettnang: Basic planning services for buildings and interiors according to § 34 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 10.1 (building planning), service phases 1 to 3, and 5 to 9 according to the Simmendinger table. Preliminary total costs are approximately EUR 1.542 million gross, with eligible costs of approx. EUR 912 thousand net for cost group 300 and approx. EUR 112 thousand for cost group 400. The commissioning is staggered: service phases 1 to 3 from January 2027 to mid-March 2027, including cost calculation according to DIN 276; service phases 5 to 8 from mid/end March 2027 to mid-December 2027. There is no entitlement to further commissioning.
