Planning services for the renovation of the Kita Sonnenschein in Zwickau, currently accommodating 329 children: remediation of moisture damage to the top floor ceiling leading to the cold roof, installation of an external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS) according to GEG requirements, renovation and conversion of the entrance buildings including barrier-free access to the ground floor, renewal of heating and sanitary systems, supplementation of the electrical system, renewal of interior doors, adaptation of stair railings to kindergarten and school requirements, sound insulation measures, painting renewal, renewal of floor coverings, adaptation and renovation of external staircases, creation of an external pram storage room. Construction will take place during ongoing operation with partial relocation. Services include object planning for buildings and interiors, structural engineering for a passenger lift, adaptation and supervision of the fire protection concept, inventory, thermal insulation calculation and energy certificate, planning of technical equipment for heating, ventilation, sanitary (HLS) and electrical engineering.
