Planning services for the renovation of the funeral hall in Annaberg-Buchholz OT Cunersdorf: renovation work on the exterior (roof and facade), interior, and floor plan adjustments. Services include building object planning (HOAI §§ 33-37, Annex 10) for service phases 1 to 8 with eligible costs of approx. 205,000 € and specialist planning for electrical installations (HOAI §§ 53-56, Annex 15) for service phases 1 to 8 with eligible costs of approx. 40,000 €. Initially, service phases 1 to 3 will be commissioned for both areas between mid-September and mid-November 2026; further commissioning depends on a funding commitment.
