Planning services for the renovation, modernization, and partial reconstruction of Mettnau Lido in Radolfzell am Bodensee: The historic lido building from 1928, used as a cash desk, changing rooms, WCs, kitchen with ancillary rooms, outdoor gastronomy, and manager's apartment, shows structural, technical, and functional deficiencies. Construction is planned from September 2027 to May 2028. Services will be awarded individually for: Buildings and Interiors (§ 34 HOAI), Technical Building Equipment (TGA) Heating/Ventilation/Sanitary (HLS) (§ 55 HOAI), TGA Electrical (§ 55 HOAI), TGA Kitchen Planning (§ 55 HOAI).
