Planning Services for the Redesign of Bullenbruch Pumping Station

Planning services according to HOAI 2021 for the redesign of the Bullenbruch pumping station: Object planning (Part 3, Section 3 engineering structures) with remaining services of 10% for LPH 1 and 2, 100% for LPH 3 (repetition), and 100% for LPH 5 and 6; structural engineering (Part 4, Section 1) with remaining services of 95% for LPH 1-3 and 100% for LPH 4-6; planning of technical equipment (Part 4, Section 2) with remaining services of 95% for LPH 1-3 and 100% for LPH 4-6. Special services include the adaptation and updating of the explanatory report from the preliminary design, moderation of risk assessments and execution of the conformity assessment procedure according to EU Machinery Regulation 2023/1230, provision of a BBQ coordinator for a concrete construction concept of class BBQ-S according to DIN 1045-1000, preparation of a monument protection expert opinion, fisheries biological monitoring with proof of fish compatibility and monitoring of fish descent, planning of temporary dewatering for 3 m³/s and creation of a storm surge evacuation concept, pollutant investigation and creation of a dismantling and disposal concept for contaminated building materials (e.g., PCB, asbestos), and evidence preservation and monitoring of the condition of neighboring buildings and bridge K36 with continuous vibration measurements.
