Planning services for ETCS implementation: Preparation of project documentation for the construction permit of transport infrastructure (DPS) for the sections German state border – Prostřední Žleb (inclusive) and Prostřední Žleb (exclusive) – Kralupy nad Vltavou (exclusive). This includes the specification of the scope of work for the permit procedure according to Building Act No. 283/2021 Coll., obtaining the legally binding construction permit, the opinion of the notified body, the activities of the health and safety coordinator during the preparation phase including the preparation of the health and safety plan and the maintenance manual. Furthermore, the preparation and submission of the permit application with all required documents, cooperation in obtaining legally binding decisions, designer's supervision during DPS preparation with coordination of ZOV procedures, and the preparation of the environmental impact assessment (EIA) according to § 6 of Act No. 100/2001 Coll. and the incorporation of EIA results into the DPS.
