Planning services: Preparation of geotechnical studies according to Law 10/1995, Normative NP074-2022, and SR EN 1997-1/2; topographic studies according to Order 600/2023 (modified by Order 1255/2023), including topo-cadastral documentation, bathymetric measurements of lakes and canals, underwater relief maps, and volume and surface calculations of waters; a feasibility study according to HG 907/2016; a cost-benefit analysis according to the EU Commission Guide 2014-2020; obtaining necessary permits and authorizations, and approval of the feasibility study, including technical documentation for construction authorization (PAC/DTAC) and for the organization of works (POE/DTOE) according to HG 907/2016, Law 50/1991, Law 10/1995; preparation of the technical project (PT) according to Annex 10 of HG 907/2016, based on the feasibility study and approved studies, considering obtained permits and the construction authorization, for verification by a certified project verifier; further items as per the tender documents.
