Planning services for municipal infrastructure in the Kromilaakso II area in Tornio: comprehensive planning for streets, water supply, drainage, stormwater management, a stormwater wetland, and an outdoor recreation route along the wetland's banks for an industrial area. The planning areas include streets, water supply, and drainage, as well as the stormwater wetland and the outdoor recreation route (VL-area). Also included is the review of discharge routes outside the main planning area for stormwater drainage. The goal is to produce construction plans that integrate the functional needs of the industrial area, the specific characteristics of the flood risk area, water supply, drainage, natural stormwater treatment, environmental and recreational values, and the phased construction of the area. Parts of the construction planning documents will also serve as street planning documents.
