Design Services for Feasibility Study for an Integrated Training Base for Romanian Special Forces

Feasibility study for an integrated training base for special forces of the Romanian Army in barracks 3645 Mihai Bravu according to H.G. no. 907/2016: preparation of a presentation note according to Annex no. 4 of M.94/2017, topographic study in STEREO 70 system, geotechnical study (verified by certified project verifier Af), hydrogeological study, ballistic study for firing training objects (shooting ranges, shooting houses, training ranges) including safety zones and projectile capture/stopping solutions, obstacle study and documentation for obtaining approval from the Romanian Civil Aeronautical Authority (A.A.C.R.) for the heliport and aeronautical easements, traffic study for access solutions, internal roads and platforms, and connection to the existing road network, solution and coexistence study for utility connections and coexistence with existing networks/objectives, NZEB compliance report (prepared by certified energy auditor for buildings), preparation of documentation for obtaining permits and approvals requested by the Urbanism Certificate, and assistance to the contracting authority for obtaining approvals (including documentation for preliminary fire safety agreement and public health approval), specialist support for presenting technical-economic documentation for approval by the C.T.E. of M.Ap.N. (presentation in .pptx format or similar), and technical assistance and clarifications regarding the prepared technical-economic documentation during subsequent project phases (D.T.A.C., P.Th. + D.E., execution of works) upon request.
