Planning services for the new construction of a mixed water treatment plant and a wastewater pumping station: object planning for engineering structures, open spaces, and traffic facilities; architectural plant design consulting; structural engineering; technical equipment; planning and supervision of site clearance and demolition works; simulations; pollutant load calculation; fire protection consulting; explosion protection concept; services related to occupational safety; consulting services by an AwSV expert; value engineering/value days; creation of functional instructions/switching points for control; personnel deployment concept for plant operation. The implementation of the measure is scheduled: service phase 1-5 from 01.02.2027 to 01.01.2029, service phase 6-7 from 02.01.2029 to 01.10.2029, service phase 8 from 03.02.2029 to 31.12.2032, service phase 9 from 01.01.2033 to 31.12.2036. The contract is awarded in two stages: Stage 1 covers service phases 1 to 4, Stage 2 covers service phases 5 to 9. The commissioning of Stage 2 is linked to the satisfactory execution of Stage 1, the availability of financial resources, internal administrative decisions, and the approval of the relevant political bodies of the City of Münster.
