Planning Services for Renovation of Dietrich-Bonhoeffer-School Sports Hall
Planning services for the renovation of the Dietrich-Bonhoeffer-School sports hall: Creation of an assembly venue for up to 500 people and fire protection upgrade, based on a feasibility study. Services include specialized planning according to HOAI § 55 Technical Equipment, ALG 1-5 + 7-8, service phases 1-9, staged commissioning. Estimated construction costs are net approx. 1,552,210.- € for cost group 300 and net approx. 774,210.- € for cost group 400. The renovation is part of four construction projects in the Bargteheide school center; LPH 1-7 will be completed initially, with entry into LPH 8 defined during LPH 5 or 6.
