Planning services for renovation and reconstruction of Schachtweg Süd in Handwerkerviertel
Planning services according to HOAI for the fundamental renewal of Schachtweg Süd, from the junction to Poststraße to the intersection with Kleiststraße, including the square area at the corner. Services primarily include traffic facility planning (§ 47 HOAI), open space planning (§ 39 HOAI), road drainage planning considering heavy rain prevention, and technical equipment planning (outdoor lighting) (§ 55 HOAI). Initially, service phases 1-3 (traffic facilities) and 1-4 (open spaces) will be commissioned, with optional phased further commissioning of service phases 5-8 (traffic facilities) and 4-9 (open spaces). Special services include a coordinated utility plan and the presentation of planning documents to political committees. The involvement of specialist planners for open spaces and lighting is required.
