Planning Services for Road Construction Lutz-Born-Straße

Planning services for road construction: Service phases 1-8 for the expansion of the final section of Lutz-Born-Straße between the allotment garden and the Krondorfer Straße roundabout in Bitterfeld-Wolfen. This includes breaking up and removing the old asphalt paving of the roadway and pedestrian/cycle path (partially concrete paving) as well as the curbs. Road drainage will be implemented over approx. 70 m into the existing ditch. Surfaces are to be restored as asphalt base, binder, and wearing courses. Gutters, swales, and strips will be constructed using concrete paving. High curbs are to be placed at the road edges and low curbs along the pedestrian/cycle path. New road markings and signage are required. Execution is expected in 2027. The execution period begins on 30.10.2026 and ends on 27.12.2027. Required qualifications include membership in the professional association, proof of qualification and permit for professional practice, self-declaration (FB 124), declaration for bidding/working consortium (FB 234), applicant declaration according to RdErl MW 21.11.2008-41-3257/03, proof of no serious misconduct, proof of not being in liquidation, at least 2 references for equivalent projects within the last 5 years, professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of 1,500,000.00 Euro per claim, and a declaration of total turnover in service profile HOAI § 47 traffic facilities averaged over the last 3 financial years. Advance payments and the final invoice are due within 24 days without deduction upon receipt. The award criterion is the lowest price.
