Planning Services for Ilsenburg Bypass Channel

Planning services for the Ilsenburg bypass channel: Revision of outdated nature conservation documents, adjustments regarding land availability and acquisition, and updating of technical planning (hydraulics, fish reference coenosis, DIN regulations). Services include the review and update of existing documents such as approval planning, geotechnical report, landscape conservation plan (LBP), species protection expert report (AFB), and environmental impact assessment (UVP). Basic and special services according to HOAI 2021 are to be provided for object planning of engineering structures LP 3-4, structural engineering LP 2-4, landscape conservation plan LP 2-4, and environmental impact assessment LP 2-4. Additionally, the species protection expert report must be updated, and a preliminary assessment of the non-deterioration principle (WRRL) must be carried out.
