Planning services for the restructuring and extension of nuclear medicine at CHU de Guyane, Cayenne site: Restructuring of building E and partial restructuring of building F to establish a new nuclear medicine service on the lower ground floor between buildings E and F. Planned extensions in existing patios and on the west facade. The service includes a PET sector with 2 PET equipment units and a scintigraphy sector with one gamma camera. Specific requirements exist regarding patient flow (hot and cold sectors), air treatment (temperature, humidity, flow separation), and separate collection systems for radioactive effluents. The project involves a programmed useful area (SU) of approximately 550 m² and a programmed gross floor area (SDO) of approximately 850 m². Services are paid at fixed prices.
