Planning services for technical equipment (ELT) according to § 55 HOAI 2021 for the construction of a new daycare center: Commissioning of service phases 1 to 9 in stages and on call. Services include basic services as well as special and project-specific services. Initially, services according to service description Part B are to be offered; further special or project-specific services may be commissioned subsequently based on offered hourly rates or lump sums. Fee offers must be prepared using the provided fee forms; reductions in the percentage approach for the service phases are considered a discount.
