Planning Services Technical Equipment for Sports Area of a New Secondary School

Planning services for technical equipment for the sports area of a new 5-stream secondary school with a triple sports hall and outdoor sports facilities at Prof. Eichmann Street in Munich-Pasing/Obermenzing and Allach/Untermenzing: Construction of a new club building with open spaces, completion by end of 2030. The room program for the club building includes collective and individual changing rooms, an accessible changing room, washing areas, rooms for a groundskeeper, storage rooms, and a first aid room, totaling approx. 215 m². The open spaces include natural and artificial turf fields. The planning must consider aspects of climate neutrality by 2035, the use of renewable raw materials, embodied energy, circular construction, ReUse and recycling materials. New buildings are to be constructed using wood or wood-hybrid methods with building greening. Sound insulation measures are not part of the service.
