Design Services, Technical Assistance, and Construction Works for Bd. Dimitrie Pompeiu Widening, Tram Infrastructure, Road Connection, and Park&Ride Parking Garage
Execution of construction works including design services (DTAD, Technical Documentation for Construction Authorization (DTAC), Technical Execution Project (PTE)), project verification, and technical assistance during execution for the investment objective "Widening Bd. Dimitrie Pompeiu with tram infrastructure extension and breakthrough Bd. Barbu Vacarescu, construction of a connecting road between Sos. Pipera, Bd. Dimitrie Pompeiu and Str. Fabrica de Glucoza, and construction of a Park&Ride parking garage". Phase I (Design) includes documentation for obtaining permits (AC), technical documentation for construction authorization (DTAC/DTAD) including work organization (DTOE), technical execution project (PTE), and verification of documentation by certified MLPAT verifiers. Phase II (Execution) comprises the construction works and technical assistance from the designer throughout the execution period. The maximum contract duration is 26 months, consisting of a maximum of 2 months for design services and permits, and a maximum of 24 months for the execution of works and technical assistance.
