TGA planning services for the new construction of the three-stream Geschwister Scholl Primary School in Rathenow: Service phases 1 to 9 according to § 55 HOAI, commissioned in 4 stages. Basic services include basic evaluation (LPH 1) with coordination of object planning and user requirements; preliminary planning (LPH 2) for heat generation, ventilation concept, and electrical supply, route coordination, preliminary fire protection coordination, cost estimation, scheduling; design planning (LPH 3) with calculation of heating/cooling loads, lighting concept, safety lighting, network/IT concept, breakthrough planning; approval planning (LPH 4) with fire protection relevant verifications and authority coordination; execution planning (LPH 5) with assembly planning, control cabinet concepts, cable fire stops, collision check, ceiling mirror; assistance with procurement (LPH 6) including creation of service specifications and maintenance requirements; assistance with award (LPH 7) including bid review, price comparison, bidder discussions, award proposal; object supervision and documentation (LPH 8) including TGA construction supervision, schedule monitoring, quality control, commissioning, functional tests, acceptances; object support (LPH 9). Special services: fire alarm system concept (ALG 5), empty conduit planning (ALG 4). The 1st service stage includes LPH 1-4, the 2nd LPH 5, the 3rd LPH 6-8, and the 4th LPH 9. There is no legal claim to commissioning from the 2nd service stage; a prerequisite is adherence to deadlines and secured financing of the construction project.
