Design Services and Construction for Technological and Patrol Road, Henri Coandă Airport Bucharest

Design services for the arrangement of a technological and patrol road within Henri Coandă International Airport Bucharest, section Access Control Gate P6 – November Passage – Platform 1: Preparation of documentation for urbanism certificate, required permits/approvals, technical documentation for building permit (DTAC), demolition (DTAD including technical expertise), site organization (DTOE), update of the technical execution project (PTE) for object 1 (technological and patrol road), preparation of the technical execution project (PTE) for object 2 (access and security control point in CPSRA), preparation of AS-BUILT documentation. This includes technical assistance during the execution and warranty period of the works, as well as the execution of works for the arrangement of the technological and patrol road. Estimated total contract value: 42,117,837.53 Lei without VAT, plus 10% for miscellaneous and unforeseen (this percentage is not subject to bidding). Of this, design services and technical assistance account for: 2,105,891.88 Lei without VAT; execution of works accounts for: 40,011,945.65 Lei without VAT.
