Planning services for heating and cooling infrastructure at Gut Marienhof wastewater treatment plant: complete planning services according to HOAI service phases 1 to 8 with staged commissioning. This includes planning for civil engineering (incl. traffic facilities, excl. landscape planning), structural engineering, technical equipment (process engineering, plant construction, HVAC, electrical engineering, process control technology), and the coordination of these plans and the overall project. The supply infrastructure is divided into heating, cooling, and refrigeration (only supply line for refrigeration generation); service water and drinking water networks are not part of the measure, but an interface to existing cooling via service water must be considered. Execution occurs in two construction phases: measures for the heating network and optimization of the cooling water system. System design must identify optimization potential in operating states and implement high energy efficiency, considering economic and environmental aspects. Commissioning is contingent on the approval of BEW funding (Federal Funding Guideline for Efficient Heating Networks) by the Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control (BAFA). An on-site visit for inspection is offered in calendar weeks 43 and 44.
