Platform for Electronic Public Services with Portal, Mobile App, and System Modernization

Development, delivery, and implementation of a comprehensive platform for electronic public services for residents and businesses: includes an internet portal and a mobile application (Android/iOS) offering online payments, personalized information (taxes, fees, correspondence), waste collection schedule, reporting public space defects, social consultations, and a tourism module, including authentication via the National Electronic Identification Node. Also included is the digitization of back-office processes through the modernization of domain systems for local taxes and fees, waste management, and finance and budget, the implementation of an Electronic Document Management (EZD) system, an information security management system, and an HR and payroll system with an employee portal, along with integrations (e-Deliveries, KSeF, Poczta Polska). Additionally, the digitization and provision of public data in open formats (budget data, register of properties for lease, register of alcohol sales permits) with API.
