Delivery of pneumococcal vaccine with Serotype 19A antigen for mandatory vaccinations of children up to 5 years and for reserve, totaling 130,000 doses. The purchase quantity may be reduced by up to 20% per lot. Required documents include a valid marketing authorization for the medicinal product, issued by the Polish Office for Registration of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices and Biocidal Products, or by the EU Council/Commission, valid for the entire contract period. Foreign language documents must be submitted with a Polish translation.
