Delivery of polyelectrolyte for wastewater treatment of HMV Zrt.: Framework agreement for the sale of polyelectrolyte for dosing in wastewater sludge dewatering and sludge thickening, including delivery to specified sites and warehouses, services for dosing and application technology, and expert advice. The planned quantity is 131,000 kg for 36 months, with a maximum framework amount of 700,000 Euro. The polyelectrolyte must be in solid form (powder-microbead) or emulsion, must not contain components that degrade the agricultural placement of the sludge, and must not have negative effects on sludge dewatering machines or reduce their performance to an extent that makes thickening/dewatering of the entire sludge quantity impossible. The use of auxiliary chemicals such as defoamers is prohibited. The contract duration is 36 months with a unilateral extension option for another 6 months. A 100% call-off obligation for the framework amount applies. Unit prices must include all related services, including delivery and unloading.
