Poliomyelitis IPV Vaccine (inactivated)

Delivery of inactivated Poliomyelitis IPV vaccine: a total of 165,000 doses, divided into three lots; possibility to reduce the purchase by a maximum of 20% per lot in case of budget overrun or changed patient needs. A valid marketing authorization for the medicinal product is required at the time of bid submission, issued by the President of the Office for Registration of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices and Biocidal Products, or by the Council of the European Union or the European Commission. The validity period of these documents must cover the entire contract execution period. The composition of vaccines and packaging labeling must comply with the authorization documents. If a document's validity expires, proof of timely application for extension or a valid extended authorization must be submitted. The contractor must inform about the transfer of rights and obligations of the responsible entity. One-time supplementation of evidentiary documents is possible. Foreign-language documents must be submitted with a Polish translation; further items as per the tender documents.
