Portal solution for parking permit registration for the city of Olomouc: Analysis of requirements, creation and implementation of a target concept, setup and commissioning of the portal solution, data migration, testing, training, license provision, and all other services for proper operation. This also includes the provision of the portal solution as a service (SaaS), maintenance and support, provision of the necessary IT infrastructure, as well as development services, analytical and methodological services, implementation of change requests, and other related services. The system must be connected to state administration registries and other systems of the Olomouc city parking policy (PPMO) and meet current legislative and security requirements. The parking policy is being expanded from zones A and B to zones C and D; further details are described in annexes 2, 3, and 12 of the tender documents.
