Return Machine for Porvoo City Library

Delivery and installation of a sorting return machine for Porvoo Main Library (Papinkatu 20, 06100 Porvoo), 1st floor: including equipment, software, and a maintenance agreement. The procurement also covers continuous services as well as maintenance and support services. Preliminary schedule: contract signing and device order in week 44, delivery and installation in 2026, user training and trial operation in weeks 1–3 of 2027. Bids must be submitted for two alternative machine models (A and B), each with electronic (A1, B1) and manual (A2, B2) return trolleys. Model A is a 6-box sorting machine that sorts in one direction, with two input slots (one from the library vestibule, 100 cm height from floor; one in the library hall, minimum 80 cm height, accessible). Model B is a 6-box sorting machine that sorts in two directions, with one input slot (minimum 80 cm height, accessible) towards the customer service desk. For both models, material return is possible with minimum dimensions 100 mm length x 100 mm width x 2 mm thickness and maximum dimensions 430 mm length x 400 mm width x 100 mm thickness. Material return in the vestibule occurs through a wall opening. For both models, a front panel around the return slot in the library hall will be agreed upon.
